Mindfulness based Supervision

Lynne has been offering supervision through the University of Exeter and the UK Network of Mindfulness supervisors (https://www.mindfulness-supervision.org.uk) for over 6 years having trained at Exeter University under Professor Kuyken (now at Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre) and Alison Evans.

Supervision can be arranged on a private basis. An initial consultation of around half an hour is required to talk about your needs and a contract mutually agreed, then sessions can be booked as required. Issues regarding the running any aspect of the 8 weeks courses, practicing a particular teaching element and personal practice can be areas of focus.

If you would like to explore this possibility further please contact me (lynne@mindfulnessdevon.co.uk).

Mindfulness supervision is a requirement of all teachers teaching Mindfulness Based applications. The supervision is an opportunity to explore ones teaching, reflecting on each session in terms of process and personal practice.
